This website is operated by NouVelleMaison Studio. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to NouVelleMaison Studio. 1. Conditions of use
By using our store, you represent that you are at least the legal age of majority in Spain, or that you have the consent of your legal guardian to do so. 2. Availability and shipping
We currently ship to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands (excluding Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands), as well as to Portugal (mainland only, excluding the Azores and Madeira), and to the following European countries: Germany, Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland and the Czech Republic.

Shipping costs and delivery times will be displayed during the checkout process and may vary depending on the destination and the selected shipping method. We are not responsible for any delays resulting from logistical issues, customs procedures, or force majeure.

3. Exchanges and returns
Returns will only be covered by NouVelleMaison when they are due to an error attributable to the brand or a manufacturing defect in the received product. In cases where the return is due to a change of mind, customer error, or any other reason not attributable to NouVelleMaison, the shipping costs associated with the return process will be borne by the customer, and such amount will be deducted directly from the corresponding refund (in the case of a return, it will be equivalent to the original shipping cost).

If an exchange is requested for another product and the reason is also attributable to the customer, the customer must pay any price difference between the items, if applicable, as well as the shipping costs associated with both the new shipment and the collection of the original product.

4. Sales platform
Our store is hosted on Shopify. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server.

5. Intellectual property
All content present on this website, including texts, images, logos, graphics and designs, is the property of NouVelleMaison or is used with proper authorization. Any total or partial reproduction is prohibited without our express prior written consent.

6. Prices and modifications
We reserve the right to modify the prices of our products at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to discontinue or modify the service (or any part of the content) without prior notice at any time.

7. Limitation of liability
We do not guarantee that the use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. In no case shall NouVelleMaison, its directors, employees or suppliers be liable for any damages arising from the use of this website or from any product purchased through it.
